EVO I, II & III hubs

Hi guys, can the boys with an EVO I, II and III take a look through their wheel spokes (just above and behind the front rotor) and look at the hubs and tell me what number you see cast into it? if any?

This hub was supposedly off an EVO 1, but it had the number 14 on it so I thought someone changed it with a GSR item. But recently another mate of mine said his EVO 1 hubs also have the number 14 on it??!!??

Did the E1's have 14, then E2/3 have 15? or an "E" or something? This would clear up a few things and help when it comes to engineering the car with 7.5" wheels. Thanks

my rh and lh front knuckles dont have any marks where yours are rob.

on the back side i could only see an "e" but no numbers

My RSEII's don't have anything there but on the stone sheild it has 14 embossed into the stone sheild.

i think mine had 15 on the guard..


the "e" was cast on the back of the knuckle

Evo1 is basically a gsr 1.8 litre with an engine swap so wouldn't surprise me Rob its too dark at the moment and the workshop has two evo's Jammed in there dismantled I'll check in detail tomorrow for you

Evo1 hub knuckle has 14 in casting, also a set of GLXi hub knuckles I have spare also have the 14 cast on them the RSEII's dont have 14 cast on them

Thanks guys, thats cleared up a few things as I thought somewhere along the line when building my car that EVO 1 hubs were switched to GSR hubs but if it has 14 on both then it makes sense. Didnt GLXi's have 13? I'll check the Mrs car tonight.

On another note, I didnt think there was any structural or shape difference between E1-3 hubs?? is there a different part number in CAPS between them?
