While I can't say I have been impressed by many of the cops I have had the displeasure of meeting, however

They do have to put up with and see a lot of shit.

So there is a reason behind most of the madness. Doesn't make it right but does give you some perspective.

If a cop is nuts about speeding, its probably because he has been first on the scene of a crash.

Whenever i got pulled over in the rx7, aslong as i wasn't a rude sickunt muzza, they where all generally champs? ( but whenever i was in a car that wasn't defectable at all, they are complete arseholes?! )

Cops have been champs to me. I got nabbed at 197kmh in a 80 zone in Stawell a while back and the cop wrote me a ticket for 95 in a 80 zone. Then told me there weren't any more cops from there to ballarat (and he was right, because I did 150 the whole way home).

Never met a nicer guy

Since then had nothing but good run-ins with cops. The TMU guys in ballarat don't bother me anymore even if i'm being a tool because they know me pretty well.

Personally I have never met a nice cop on traffic duty. Except for the guy who pulled me over for no number plates. But I wasn't doing anything wrong. Had all papers in the car and was on the way to the rta. Nothing he could do.
