Evolution 6 bootlid garnish/foglights

Im so confused???? Evo 6 GSR's, are they supposed to have the bootlid lights, was it an option or was it region specific? Ive seen some with them, with and without globe inserts, i think they look horn but dont want to even consider them if they werent a factory fitted item.

Any ideas out there?

Tme had the fog light ones stock I believe, they are very hard to come by that's for sure

I've seen so many sets availible on eBay but they were just the reflectors with the clear section on the top to line up with the reverse light, I'm after the all red ones. After some homework it seems the ones released in the UK needed rear fog lights fitted for compliance so I'm hoping I can source a set from over there and a factory switch to suit ( I've seen Plenty of those)

Factory switch with the UK foglight/rear reflector swich does not plug into the standard car, it needs to be wired in!

Think the EVO 4's and 97 GSR's had a red only version with no light globe and 5's had them with a clear top and red bottom. Presume the top part is reversing light.
6's don't have them unless they have been fitted aftermarket because the boot itself is wildly different.

6tme's (oz delivered ones) had the red fog light from the factory clive, 4-6 boot is the same
Its the ce lancers that have the series 1 and 2 boot lids

Hmm,
Iv'e got a ce2 Lancer which is nothing like the 4,5 or 6 which are like CE1 oz Lancers in shape
But my 6 has a boot lid like a CE1 Lancer.
The GSR has a boot like a 4 or 5 which without the garnish has a big hole in it. The same shape as the 6 (oz CE1) though.

Thanks for the link. Just checked it out and saw the crystal boot lid garnish. Talk about extreme lol something a pensioner would install along with the door edge reflectors so everyone can see them lol.

Noticed they had the reflectors as well as the fog light models.

I got a set in a box somewhere. Both the reflectors and the fog light models, if you wanna come around the look at them.
They're not for sale though...

I've got a set too, one with a small crack but still ok.
No light mount tho' its out of an EVO 4 (still my favourite EVO)
