If your going to upgrade I wouldnt throw cash at your TDo4L, look at the second hand market TD05's on here...

The best I got out of my TDo4L was a 13.75... but heard of a bloke in NZ breaking the 13.5 with it...

But is up to you :)
 
wasn't so much for bost upgrade etc but to get a beter spool time. when it comes to the actuators that i linked links 2 & 3 will they fit more interested in link 3 as it's an 8psi .5 bar actuator. my goals are primarily to get it running as per stock i am not aiming for a performance monster it's my daily and i'd much rather it run reliably over giving dirty v8 bogan taxis a scare.

idealy i'm aiming for a steady 10 psi as it should be once everything is sweet and tuned correctly then i may consider going bigger but thats a way down the road situation. i'll be happy with a low 15's to high 14's 1/4 mile and am just enjoying the shove you back in your seat feeling a turbo comming on provides even if it's only a small shove i like it.

keads are brand new bosch items (1800k's) plugs gapped at 0.7 again (1800k's) the mechanic has checked my afr's and they are well withing safe margins and actualy a tad on the rich side. i'll see if i can get a video of the acceleration and cut. it's only a single cut feel like a driving instructor putting his foot on the break without you expecting it. revs stall for a moment and then all is sweet. it's not a subtle continuos stutter and dosn't happen above any specific rpm it's seems purly boost related.
