Ok guys FPR problem seems to be sorted.
I recommend setting the FPR when the car is really cold, not after leaving it for a few hours, not even 6 or 7 hrs would do it, it would be best to set you fpr on your first start up of the day.
I have in the process got rid of a few leaks in the intake whilst diagnosing this situation so that has helped the car go better. I have a couple more tiny leaks to fix up then car should be back to normal'ish
