4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

Not sure if you guys saw my thread on Evooz

E43 25psi and I went 11.24 @ 124 mph with a 1.88 60' on R-comps
Car weight ~1220kg without me in it.
Uber safe tune.

25psi from ~3700rpm to .... whever you get off it. Gizzmo IS MBC set to closed loop. Stock (FP) flapper and actuator.

This little tubby is making some serious HP.

I don't know how many people told me the TD05 rear housing was too small, the comp wheel was too small and overall the tubby wasn't worth a pinch of salt.

Stock:
Intercooler
Intercooler piping with resonator removed
TB
Manifolds - intake and exhaust
Head, valves etc
No porting of anything, anywhere.

AFM delete running MAP sensor

I ended up getting one of the 68HTA's, and it was making some good power until it lunched itself. It lasted the best past of 400km, then i had it rebuilt because it was showing signs of play in the bearings. Once it was rebuilt, i got 3 hours out of it before it really let go with a nice big cloud of smoke behind the car. I put the stock turbo back on and had no dramas with that and have since put a td06 on and have had no dramas with those turbo's so it must have been a dud unit.

Hmmmm ive been lookin at these unit, anyone else with some advice??

Or should i stick with the 20G??

I am making 400Hp at the flywheel with this at around 22 psi.

I havent had any issues except with the bolts at the rear coming loose so I have had to wire them on.
