Was just free practice, so I don't think they had any timing going, the Evo's had no problems and will be set for Superlap so all happy in our camp :)

Cheers :) Yeah I got the 40D about a week ago, stepped up from the 350D and haven't regretted it. Need some better glass now though, the track shots were on the 28-135IS F3.5-5.6 and pit shots were with a lil 50mm F1.8. Next upgrade will be a 70-200 of some sort hehehe.
 
I've just got a 350d myself, i'm still learning how to use it though. Be careful when you upgrade though, i've got a 70-200 f4 L and i'm addicted now.

Ah yeah, pretty sure I saw you walking around and taking photos, already addicted, good mate of mine has a 70-200 f2.8IS and a bunch of other good stuff that he lends me on occasion, not good for the wallet hahahaha.

The cooler could do with a polish (and ditch the wing :lol: ) but apart from that, it is one tough car. I'd be proud to own that. :p

oh and in the bunch of pictures is the 3rd to lat picture of the evo, does it have red hot rotors?
sure looks like it or just some sort of colour distotrion i dunno..

Yep well spotted, it's at the end of the back straight, think Brendan said he hit about 240 odd? So the discs got nice and warm while he was on the skids :)
