I use the ralliart oil filters on my car

they have magnets built in but they are bloody dear,I have used transmission sump magnets on
the outside of filters before though

I've heard the Ralliart filters are good, but as you said, expensive.

It would most likely work out cheaper to use a regular filter and have a filtermag on it.

"DRIFT" filters have a magnet in them too, they're quite good and do a 411A filter and also a Z79A (larger filter - shorter but wider) which are both great for our cars
