Just organising my first 1/4 mile run.

Just wondering will my sotck VR4-RS (i pulled the hose off the bsc) with a 14b get anywhere near 180km?

What I am really asking is will i need to do sumthing about the 180 speed limiter?

And anything else i should be thinkning about.

if its stock, i dont think you'll hit the 180 mark down the 1/4 mate..

180 kilometer/hour = 111.846 mile/hour (mph)

a mid 13 sec pass will be around the 100mph = 160kph
flat 12 will be around the 110mph = 177kph

just estimates..
but if its stock, dont worry about the 180 dude..

I hit just on 113mph (180kph) on my 12.03 run.

i just ran a 13.7 @169kms the other week.
pretty average start tho. then i tried to lanch it to get a better time and the clutch didnt like it 2much after that
so you should be pretty safe.

Come one mate! When I first got my car, it had a 3" off the turbo, filter and 15psi, and I ran a 14.1@97mph, with ****** gear changes. Being an RS, you have an 7 or 8% weight advantage, so in theory, you should hit a 13.......

What are your mods?

I took the hoses off the bsc

All mods hang off eveyrhting else, so i am stockpiling
