Im after a centre driveshaft hanger mount out of either a GSR or an EVO1,2,3

Well its pretty much just rear diff stuff Mik-e and I are chasing, and depending on whatever Gabe is gonna use, we can give him the bits we dont need. I have a contact in NZ I have bought stuff from before and he just said that he can get me EVO mech centres for around $300AU delivered which seems the way to go.

yeah thats sounds the way to go i've got price of 500 from the toyshop. Can he get use other stuff sent over? like evo 2/3 recaros? lol

Smaller type stuff that can fit in a box is best man. That's where I got Mik's EVO 2 crank from for $100 + $40 shipping :)

Gabe, PM me what you're looking at doing and what box etc you're gonna use as you might benefit from bits we dont end up using to go inside your hollow GSR diff housing.

Bump... chasing a complete EVO rear diff, must be from either a EVO1 RS, EVO2 or EVO3

when you say complete diff, do you mean the diff cradle axles contro arms and all? or the complete diff center? we have evo mech lsd's at work for 750 if need be, thats like the diff unit itself with cv cups usually.

Complete diff centre, basically the housing and internals... dont need the cups

Yeah he means just the complete mech diff centre (EVO diff housing and LSD internals). Not the rest of the cradle, or axles or anything. He can use his existing GSR axles with the EVO centre.

Thanks anyway mrcyborg and we appreciate your feedback but I think we'll have no luck finding any at a competitive price locally. We've checked a few places and supply and demand has everybody chasing $650AU to $800AU for them + freight. The going price in NZ for them is only $250NZ + about $50AU shipping to Australia which is less than half the price (so you can get 2 for the price of 1). Its nothing against our businesses over here as they are hard to find in Australia so the price obviously reflects it.

nah all good guys, i understand the price deal. over here a place like my work hold the stock still someone NEEDS it. so the asking price is different to someone that can look around and find a place that doesnt need it and selling. but that 250nz price is sweet man.

Too true buddy. We have the luxury to shop around and grab one or two at a good price, opposed to somebody who has a damaged diff and needs to get their hands on one in stock ASAP so they can get their car back on the road. Plus I'd like to think that the Aussie suppliers pre-check them to be in good operational condition before sale and offer some sort of warranty and thats where the extra $$ can come from too.

yeah ours are all checked and have warrenty and so on, so yeah does add to the price. its the way it goes really. plus you have to look at it in a real astate sense too, as a work place has to hold the stock till they sell it.

Thanks all.... we sourced a complete EVO III diff housing and mechancial rear LSD now :)

Cheers to Baz!!!! :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
