I have a centre diff housing and cross-shaft but not the 2 x spider gears. They got snapped up for a 4-spider conversion.
What's wrong with your existing centre diff? Can you reuse your existing 2 x spider gears?

centre diff was smashed after a hard launch. ive drained the oil and it was silver.
im pretty sure the the spider gear is destroyed.

I've got a locked centre diff and it feels no different to drive on than a open unit. Tight turns do suck though. The inside tyre will skip the same as a rwd with a locked diff!
