to what effect?97RVR said:BTW - the rear brace makes far more difference to handling.
yup, i was astonished at the difference cuscos front and rear made to my handling in the hills. I got mine for (front and rear) for 370 delivered to adelaide97RVR said:I put my front and rear braces on at seperate times and found the handling benefits far more noticable after I did the rear brace. Although I fitted the front brace first, I did a LVMA (skidpan) day straight after fitting the rear brace and noticed less roll and tighter steering because the whole car just felt stiffer. The car appears to squat and twist slightly less at the rear as well which helps when you put the foot down. I'm running Cusco OS bars front and rear. Well worth fitting IMHO. Cheers.
Having said that, I took the front brace off and went for a drive last night - sure notice the difference through corners! Id almost forgotten what stock RVR understeer feels like!
But evo 3 rear suspension is completely differfent, I would be very suprised it the length between struts was the same, and then rvr's only have two bolts for the rear shock and the evos have three bolts for rear struts i think.MattL said:Warwick, I thought the E3 had the same Diff/axle combo, which might suggest the same tower distance?
