i'm after a stock cc gsr lancer radiator as my alloy one wont fit because my turbo setup is to big. So i'm after a stock one asap

I see you have found one, but just in case-I have one here too if you want it..It has 2 electric thermo fans atttached to it(slimline ones) one on the front and one on the rear and they are mounted diagonal to each other..(hope that makes sense!!) so will suit your big turbo setup.
