i am building a tarmac car and have decided to use a more adjustable (tarmac oriented) setup instead of these.

since i bought them i have assembled them and the adjustment threads have been free'd up etc... i have also fitted standard strut tops to them front and rear, would be great for a gravel car.

fronts are also upside downs with a 40mm shaft

i have not fitted them to my car so cannot comment on how they ride.
visually they look fine and they seem to be quite firm

they are fitted with progressive rate springs front and rear with long travel. great for road or gravel

UPDATE,

these are not an adjustable shock,

they have circlip type sleves on the rear and
the fronts are using a welded on adjustable spring platform

they can still be serviced in australia

i will have to get the exact model codes from the shocks

they are heavy duty to say the least,

the fronts are upside down with 40mm shaft,

if you wind spring tension on them they are firm as

hmmm
how hard will it be to make them fit a vr4?
would it just be the lower eye on the rear shocks?
or something more complicated??

anyone know?

shocks

how different?
is it just the diameter of the eye where the bottom bolt goes through?
possibly the overall length?
if the length isnt too far different, the adjustable spring height should compensate?

has anyone tried to fit lancer suspension to vr4?

what sort of vehicle was this suspension off? car set up for dirt or tarmac?

opps,

after checking the link, of which i failed to see earlier
i'd say that there is a pretty good chance that they are valved for dirt??

they are out of an evo 3 dirt car,

front body height 320mm
front overall height 540mm

rear body height 335mm
rear total height 530mm
