I'm selling my VR4 RS box that is currently in my Galant AMG.
It was opened and freshened up with new bearings & seals 12,000 kms ago.
It was installed with a new Front KAAZ 1.5 way mech LSD that cost $1500.00 from Speed Technologies VIC.
It also has a TRE centre spool (no breaking centre diffs). There is no viscous as it has been deleted and a collar has been installed.
Currently being run as a FWD box. Can be used in a FWD, RWD or an AWD.
The clutch is a DIRECT CLUTCH billet alloy twin plate with carbonic disks. Very easy to drive. I have the same one in my VR4 which currently holds 360kw's at the wheels no problem. It has the usual twin plate rattle when the clutch is pressed in.
This too only has 12,000km's on the clutch.
Flywheel is chromoly. All balanced and marked.
Reason for sale - I'm converting the AMG to an Automatic becauseit is my daily driver and I've decided to make it family friendly so I can install a baby seat and cruise around without all the blow off noise and constant shifting.
I paid:
Kaaz 1.5 way LSD - $1500.00

Gearbox - $1200.00
Twin plate clutch - $1800.00
Total $4900.00
