This has prob been discussed somewhere but thought i would start a new thread!
I am after some gauges for my ride.. not sure yet what brand but can someone recommend somewhere that sells all types??

modyourcar.com.au has a good selection

What sort of look are you after?

In your face gauges? Slick gauges like defi's? standard tuner gauges?

Quality?

Do you care about brands?

52 or 60? (most 52mm gauges are out of production)

thanks for the link!
Not really sure yet what i am after!!
I have been looking at the Apexi EL, doesn't really bother me though what brand as long as they are good quality!

This is going to sound really really weird... but my last vr4 used Speco gauges (You know... cheap brand from bursons??) with white fronts and they worked perfectly forever. Didn't cost the earth either.

Oil pressure gauge electric was like 120 bucks w/sender. Apexi one is like 300 + sender.

will check them out!! like i said, i don't really care what brand is used as long as they are of decent quality and look half decent!

I just fitted a new boost gauge to my gsr, its an autometer 52mm one from the 'Cobalt' range (it lights up cobalt blue and looks pretty good).

I had a speco gauge before but was not happy with the mounting of it as it sat up too high.

I could have just changed the mounting but it was 4+ years old so i just bought a new one as the autometer mounts are a lot better.

Nothing wrong with the gauge as it worked faultlessly and still does.

The autometer gauges are all around $130-$140 each depending on the model and size.

Why are there no good 2 5/8ths boost gauges out there in psi. I think that equates to around 65mm. I'm got an autometer one, but it sort of doesn't light up enough to see it well. I've lived with it for this long though i suppose :D
