dyno would probably be "better" because you can concentrate on tuning and not on running up someone's ass in front of you while you're looking at the hand controller/laptop.

ank rotary is right near DFO aswell :lol:
...they'll do street and/or dyno tunes, however they use AVO's dyno.

Yeah i wouldnt want to have my tune done while im thrashing my car one ill be to scared to run up the back of someone and two cops.... my luck will run out

rank has a dyno but its only 2 wheel drive.

you don't drive the car while the workshop is doing the street tune, they drive and tune at the same time.

the last 2 tunes i've had done on my wolf at rank have cost me between $400 and $500 using AVO's dyno

yeah i know i dont drive that was for jstyle coz he said something about tuning it himself..... and i didnt like the sound of thrashing it non stop on street and if i get caught by cops ect.
rank....can u please supply details...they are much cheaper.....not that im a tight ass but i need to get valve steam seals done which i got quoted 1200 and then i want intercooler piping all redone.... and then tune....

wholy crap, valve stem seals for $1200 thats gotta be a rip off?
If you saw the list of stuff i got done for that much in labour you would be shocked.... and that included valve stem seals. Heres some of it (can't find the receipt)

Head Gasket
Valve stem seals
Balance Belt
Timing Belt
Air Filter
Steering Rack boot
Rocker Cover and Gaskets
Spark Plugs
Arp Head Bolts
Cam Seals
Lifters
Springs & Retainers for cams
264intake 272 exhaust cams
Valve Guides
Injectors flow checked
Head crack tested.

All this was installed and done (not the parts bought) for less than $1200.......

i got quoted 900 labor for my lifters.. !!

just off subject, if you want your lifters fixed for low cost....SXYGSR will get the lifters and fit them for $170-200....
if your interested pm him....he just did a set today for nick the one with the cord. one of his mates....his mate was so impressed. could hear the little shits tapping from other side of street. sxygsr (aaron) put new ones in after cleaning everything, started car and 5min no tapping....
yah i know im getting ripped off with the $1200 but this place was the only one who said they take the head off the other one said leave head on $600

Dont go to AVO coz there dodgy c**ts, they make good shit, like my cooler kit.
But dont get them to work on your car, my mates mate took his VL turbo there to get forged pistions, and a week or two later his motor fukd up they only put standed pistions in
