Terms & conditions
Dear Guests: To fully enjoy your attendance, there are a number of things you will need to know. We suggest that you take a few minutes to read the information
included here. We also suggest that you inform your group members about this information.
Minimum Age: All drivers must be 18 years or older. Proof of age will be requested.
Suggested Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe shoes. Open-toe style shoes, skirts and dresses are not appropriate karting attire. Helmets
and balaclavas are provided free of charge.
Wet Weather: If wet weather is imminent or the track is wet, the event will still take place. However, if you have reserved the Super Karts for your race program, management
reserves the right to downgrade your group to our all-weather Modified Karts.
Suggested Arrival Time: To enjoy the full value of your racing experience, we strongly suggest that you arrive at least 45 mins prior to the commencement of your race
session. This allows time to complete required documents and receive our pre-race safety briefing and program details. You and your group are our number one priority,
and we want to provide you with a maximum amount of circuit time. Unfortunately, a late arrival will limit this, lessening the Real Life Racing experience. We must start
and finish to schedule, so please plan your event carefully, and call us if you have any questions about this.
Payment Policy: We accept payment by; Cash, Direct Debit via EFT, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX, Diners and also by Company Cheques with identification.
Please note that AMEX and Diners will incur a surcharge. Payment is due before the start of the program. It is expected that the event organiser present to reception to
finalise the payment. Final numbers are required within 7 days from the scheduled event.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to
[email protected].
Alcohol: ZERO TOLERANCE (0.00 BAC). Don’t drink and drive. Ace Karts operates a strict alcohol and drug policy. If we have doubt as to a driver’s ability to drive,
or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive. Please note, that we will not refund or waive any
fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons.
In consideration of Ace Karts reserving the above event, I confirm my booking and will forward the deposit as per the terms & conditions listed. I, the undersigned have
read the above terms & conditions and agree that by signing this service agreement I am confirming my/my organizations event. I understand that I must pay the balance
of race fees and the cost of any selected extras at the event or prior to the event.

Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be entitled to a refund and postponement will be to the discretion of Ace Karts management.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will be entitled to a credit which will be valid for 12 months from notification.
Failure to arrive for your event will result in cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.
Ace Karts is an outdoor circuit and operates in all weather conditions. Cancellation due to weather will only be accepted in severe cases where Ace Karts deems it is
unsafe to continue operations. Ace Karts will endeavour to provide an alternative date to hold the event which is agreed upon by both parties.
No refunds will be provided if any of the terms & conditions are breached by the event organizer or any participating members of the group.
No refunds will be provided if less than the number of booked drivers participate in the event itself.
