Good Quality Muffler

So i am going to replace my rear super restrictive muffler with something that has some better flow.

So talk to me about a decent 3" in muffler with twin tips out (something like twin 2.5" tips)

Requirements:

No Drone or close to no drone on cruise (60, 80, 100km)
Not super expensive (So under $200)
Not interested in a Varex as I dont want to pay the $400 EPA fine for having one on the car.
Must have good flow, enough for up to 230kw @ wheels

What does everyone use, is it loud?

that's a hell of alot of criteria. Twin tips = alot more cost too. I'd say you'd best look at importing a magnaflow muffler... or finding a 2nd hand one for that budget.

but not (as only 2.25" inlet)... but just to give you an idea on cost of one of them.

that seller I've emailed before for shipping price, and they have pretty good prices IMO.

Well i guess I could go a single tip like 3.5" - 4" tip.. Just want to keep it as inconspicuous as possible.

they seem to be alot cheaper to import though? A while ago, I was looking to get 2 metal cats and a muffler, was under 500 i think from that seller.
