If anyone is interested in getting a stainless steel intake for their VR4, my friend will be making them.

Price for each one will be $140
If I can get 5 people to buy them, $130
If I get 10 people, price will go down to $120
Plus postage to wherever, or you can pick it up from my house.

All the intakes will be professionally purge welded so there will be no "cauliflowering" on the inside.

Here are some pictures. (The nipple pictured on mine is not included)

Keep in mind, mine was made to fit with the AFM in place, if you aren't using an AFM, tell me and the pipe will be extended a further 90mm so it sits behind the headlight.

I think the price is fair, to buy an aluminium cast intake from ebay america costs from 95 to 120USD shipped, and it will most likely break.

If there is enough interest in this, we can do SS Spark Plug Covers, and SS Heatshields

If there's any genuine interest, I'll take some better pictures tomorrow when there's light.

Thanks.

Will the price include silicone and clamps etc?
BOV return fitting?

The price you listed seems fair, it is about the same as what I paid for my cast aluminium intake with all of the above items included.

No silicon, and no clamps.
Everyone has different AFM's and different turbo inlets

BOV return fitting can be done I guess, although I have no idea where it is meant to go...

btw, why will my cast intake break?
It looks to be a very good quality unit according to the shop that welded an extra nipple on it.
same reason why everyone thinks g4 coilovers are shit
and the evo 'gt' turbos are crap

intake looks nice, i already have one though, and a heatshield on the way

but... how much for the spark plug covers? what are the designs?

Im looking for some SS heat shileds, spark plug covers, alternator heat shield. If you doa set of them I'll grab em, but I already have an intake also.

take a picture of your engine bay

its just factorty standerd.... battery will be removed but theres two conrainers holding coolant or someshit tucked behind the headlight dont know how long it is from my factory turbo to the far front left handside corner of the bay... may have to measure it eh?>?
