how do u line up the crank and cams

set the crank on tdc by aligning the marks on the crank with the mark on the oil pump housing....alloy bit at the front

then align the cam sprokets as dicribed in the manuals....have you done this sort of stuff before?

and becarfull to move the cams and crank together or else you'll bend valves. the notches in the cams should be @ 12:00 for btdc crank is harder as you need to be able to see the notch in the crank gear and the oil pump housing. i've got a copy of the workshop manual if anybody wants it emailed.
