GSR/EVO 3 conversion need help drive shaft issues

Ive got one in Sydney though, different story if you lived up here you could of borrowed it till you source one.
Surely someone in Melburn has one to get you on the road.

I can't find one anywhere off anybody can you sell it to me?
 
It gets used quite a bit though :( not keen on selling it. sorry mate
see if Chris Meek has a spare or try ringing them yourself.

mate why dont you use normal GLXI passanger driveshaft? Yes you will have torque steer issues but at least you will be driving around until you find a spare 2piece shaft.

Thats what we used on Angelos engine when we threw threw 63t and the GSR box, the torque steer isnt that bad
 
I spent a few weeks asking around and searching for the same thing but ended up getting a mate in NZ to send a full Evo LHS shaft and three RVR 4G63T LHS passenger hanger mounts over.

With the RVR hanger mount, you simply remove the hanger from your existing GSR shaft, and then put the RVR hanger in its place -walah! fits the 4G63T block. You will also need a new bearing to go on the RVR hanger bracket when you do this but it costs under $10 from memory. Will see if I can dig up a bearing part number for you, but it opens your eyes to another alternative.
 
Here you go man (see pic below). When using the RVR hanger brackets you will also need to buy some sealed 6206 bearings to fit the bracket onto your existing GSR shaft :thumbsup:
