Has anyone fitted one of the Ebay fuel rails?

I purchased a fuel rail like the one in the below link off ebay a while back. It is meant to be a direct bolt on job but it appears the 3 spacers and bolts that hold it to the head are way to short, Has anyone else played around with them?

Um... I think that means Siemens and Bosch INJECTORS for that price

Unless you're going to be running 350+kw you dont need an aftermarket fuel rail IMO

yeah i got it wrong, mr parts sells his rails for $200 and does not come with any fittings.

did you get your rail to fit yet? maybe just need some longer bolts?

They have spacers in that pic.

I had to make some with another rail I bought.

I reckon you don't need them, stock is fine BUT the issue with stock is that you are restricted to the fittings (input and output).

With screw in fittings, you lose ALOT of diametre in hole size.

can a standard rail be modded to take 14mm injectors aswell??

No, but you can mod the injector to suit the 11mm rail!!

how do you do that? can any injector place do that?

They basically chuck it into a lathe and turn it down.

Not any injector place, only the ones that sell ALOT!

EFIHARDWARE in VIC do it.
AZNET in VIC do it.

It costs about 10 to 15 bux per injector. Some places, if you purchase a set do it free.
