Getting haltec with flexifuel? That means e85 tune?

You better get yourself at least triple size injectors to what you've got at the moment ;)
With injectors, you can't go wrong going bigger ;)

Doesn't Razza have 1000cc for sale.... Atleast they will get him to the 14psi he wants
oh I forgot about that . Now I need to invest in some of those injectors.. so would I get a safe 200 all wheel kw with a set up like this? Sorry about the question I learnt my mistake from my last rvr that cost me so much to fix it made 250kw first my gear box went then my exhaust melted my rear bumper really bad Then turbo cracked intercooler pipe blew apart then it started miss firing badly ... I just want a reliable daily driver with good power like what was that factor when I drive pass .. I've owned this new rvr for 2months now so far I've given it a full service New water pump timing belt ,changed the gear box , transfer and rear diff oil ,coolent flush and check all vac hose.. last owner was a lady (1st ozzy owner)and she has all paper work that car was always serviced every 7k

Kinugawa turbo is absolutely fine

1000cc injectors will easily net you 200kw @ wheels on pump 98 (or even 250kw)

This turbo works very well on a stroker motor, and I have fitted and tuned 3 of this exact turbo. However , the wastegate actuator is rubbish. I wouldn't advise the use of this turbo on a 2 litre... it will be very laggy. Boost pressure needs to be around 20-25 psi to be in its sweet spot

What's the issue with their Wastegate Actuator's Mike?

To the original poster: if you only want to run 14psi on the replacement turbo, stick to the TD05 on 20psi.

The method that they attach to the compressor housing is dodgy at best. It encourages massive flex, and consequently, it wont hold boost reliably at more than 20 psi. A real pain in the arse to re engineer to make boost !!!

I dont rate the wastegate setup at all..its rubbish.
The turbo itself is good for the price they are...some of the feed lines will need to be modded from your original setup but.
Depending on your manifold you will need to modify your water pipe and possibly radiator fan.

^^ Yep... forgot about the coolant lines and fan . Had to get pretty creative with the water transfer pipe and coolant lines !! I just replaced the Radiator fan with a slimline fan. The turbo itself cranked 300kw@wheels on a stroker using E85 at 28psi. But.... that wastegate actuator.... my head hurts thinking about it....

Dang I have had one for a while now and was about to put it on to solve by boost creep issues above 21psi :fuuuuu:
