Have a look at this little beauty :D

4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

That is fucking unreal!. wonder if he kept the factory triton diff.
that would be perfect for me....except the whole money thing.

Oh hell yes, i've always wondered if anyone had done a triton conversion. Would fit all my tools in there perfectly, ladder racks for extension ladders....tow ball for a car trailer :D

Next door neighbour has a similar one but just a single cab, i'm always trying to get him to drop a vr4 engine into it.

Ive always wanted to build an Evo ute out of a proton jumbuck. This would be way cool, anyone know if its been done????????

Trev
They run 4G15 engines

so it wouldn't be hard to transplant the engine from the new Ralliart Colt into it

or you could use the 4g63 from the e4-9

I thought the front 1/2 of the shell was basically a cc sedan so evo or even gsr transplant wouldnt be too hard. And if i upgrade my gsr to evo i'd have a spare 4g93 and running gear.............................................

I love it- so original........

So how much work to turn a jumbuck from normal to gsr spec?

Rear cut and some fabrication work?

Might as well make it a technical discussion

ok guys, ive seen this jumbuck and i know Jason very well and helped him out with this, basically the jumbuck uses a floatin rear axle setup so the GSR/EVO rear end is a complete no go, instead he had to import the rear from a LIBERO and use their AWD system

The best thing about the Jumbuck is that you can bolt on Proton Wira front guards and all the EVO bonnet, lights etc fit up 8) (Wiras have slightly different door lines to the CC coupe and Satrias so thats why only the Jumbuck and Wira can get the EVO front ends put on them without cutting and hybrid'ing the guards together  ) Too easy
