I was driving through melb road and some magn a challanged me........ he floored it down at 100 in the 60 zone... i shifted 2 third and went chase ... split second i saw a SINGLE flash behind me... now i dont know if it would be for him or for me but the point is , wouuld that be a red light camera or a speeding camera... if it is a either would of got him or me =( !!!! i was travelling aprox 90 at the time.

Guess so they can get you speeding up, to run the light :lol:

You probably shouldn't have been doin atleast 90 in a 60. Especially when there is a camera around :wink:

i've been flashed by a red light camra on the hume hwy and never got it in the mail.

These are the risks you run racing on the street... I'm currently licence-less too.. But not from speeding.

Not that I endorse your actions... blah blah blah, but I believe that with the mobile flasher box ones and also the fixed ones, if there is more than one car in the photo they have to discard the photo, as they cant be sure that the computer detected the same car both times.

yeah thats wat happend with my dad.... him and this other car were doing at least 10km over and it flashed, but he never recieved it.... so if you are both in the pic they cant hand it out.... they have no proof who was it.... even if you were infront of the other car or if he was infront of you.... it just says a time on the pic....

Pay the money to obtain a copy of the photograph. If there are 2 vehicles in the photo and they dont distinguish between who was actually speeding in lane 1 or 2 etc, reply via mail that you refuse to pay it and would like to take it to court. If it goes to court make sure you are represented by a lawyer and you will win. You will win provided it wasnt a manned camera where police actually also write down the numberplate of every vehicle when the photo is taken.

Heheh for us down here in Mexico the manned cameras arent manned by Police, just contractors.

lol yer sureeeeeeeeee... its very hard not to speed in a turbo car...
