Well i believe all had a good day out 
Will need a update on whats wrong with olly's (Pink GSR) car
No other breakages
Somehow on the drive back with our virtual boost runs to 180k iv managed to pickup an extra 100km from the first 1/2 of the tank :shock: VR4 runs much better after blowing all that SHIT out of its system :lol:

ollys car wasn't the only one that stuffed a breakage..
my radiator cracked it's top endtank.. that's why i was going so slow
on the way back..
anyways had a great time.. first time on the track..
12.8, 12.9, 13.04, and a best of 12.7 @ 108mph!!
not bad for a car that's pretty much stock!!

yeah, true! my mate was the driver and he is a great bloke and has spent most of last week trying to get my bro's car ready for 2day!! However his pit crew that i don't know didn't seems to have the same respect he has for the temple of the rice!
i don't know whats the go with my car yet.. managed to hire a car trailer and take it home okay.. i don't have time to get it looked at for a week or so due to exams so yeah.. baz said it could be a possible head gasket, but i will find out soon enough..
i was running 13 flat all day except for my last one which should been a high 12 but backed off the throttle due to the damage that happened..

what mph did you run? im assume with 206kw you should be running well over 115mph mark.. unless the dyno was reading too high...since my car ran 12.44 @ 112mph with only 187kw.

how much boost were u running to get the 12.4 jon? i reckon i could have gone faster.. wasn't really happy with my lanuches, and i was only running 13pounds.

If so thats pretty freaky.. havent heard of any evo's running lower then 15psi breaking into the 12s let alone a mid twelve.
12.6 @ 108mph is about right.. its about the right MPH for that sort of time give or take afew hundredths of a second.
i was running 20psi when i went 12.4 @ 112mph.. 1.9 60'..
tho on friday night at calder i was running 12.5 @ 98mph 1.808 60' it popped the cooler pipe off on every run i had..but that run would of been a easy <12.3 sec pass if it didnt blow the pipe.. gauging from the low mph it ran when it rolled over the line.
pm me and ill let ya know when jamie and i are going out again to calder.. maybe we can have 3-5 mid/low 12 sec evo's there!! would be mad.

i ran the amg once, a 16.1 LOL
and then i let me little bro run it and he ran a 18.. haha, first time ever racing.. just got his p's...
then on the 3rd run, the altnernator belt lost 1 rib, so i decided i wanted to drive home so no more racing :lol:
as for bindolla, he lost 2 sub frame bolts under the gearbox, tried to put them back in with the bushes but i believe the thread on the bolts / in the holes are stripped (holes i believe anyway)... so either retap with bigger bolts or put in new thread..
6III, get rid of the high pressure radiator cap man, the cap will allow you to run cooler but also increase water pressures therefor resulting in cracked radiators etc... keep the stock keep, lower pressure which means the water will flow out of the overflow tank instead of building higher pressures..
olly, his car died at the end of the track on the dirt road back... we went up to check it out and basically he had lost all of his water (out of overflow tank) and also lost some oil out of the oil cap (no rubber seal on the cap)..
his oil was STEAMING!!!.. white smoke out of the exhaust.. idled like it had dropped a cylinder (not too bad though)... the dipstick oil had begun to get milky up the top of the level... so just to be safe, i suggested to get it towed back since it was a built motor..
but guys!! race after race... u guys really gave the cars a beating!!
but good to see, alot of virgin racers did well!
all cars pretty much ran 13's / 12's... all alot virtually stock with the basics!!
i think the quickest jap car was either that SUZUKI GTI (justin) he ran a 12.9 but wasn't really trying to beat his PB which was 12.5... he was mainly giving family members a ride and friends..
also that black MR2 was quick! 12.9 with 1.9 60 footers!!
jeffs fwd coupe with the evo 6 motor and box managed a 13.9 @ 125mph.. dont know about that MPH though, the RHS MPH display was off the dial!!.. some ppl were running 14's @ 115mph!!.. either the board was stuffed or the cars had crazy top end!!
in total has a good turnup! alot of people didn't come but we still managed to keep the track busy!
dont worry for those who missed out!, we'll organise a calder meet some time, and also some track time at WINTON also with the HONDA club =) (I'll get my mate to register us into the HONDA club)
