let me say in my past I got to see a lot of things which had been subjected to massive trauma. large amounts of blood are usually released. I dont think the bike versus truck is faked however I feel the impact speed may not have been 120mph.....lets say the truckie was doing 50mph in the same direction as the bike also the bike may have been braking so 70mph could be considered speed at impact. even at 50mph impact speed he would have had ribs broken and protude the skin. "popped like a ripe melon"

there isnt enought blood evident on his clothing to say he suffered a rupturing impact to his chest so this poor fellow was most likely killed by the truck taking so long to stop and breaking his neck.

I rode bikes for abouts 35 years ....gave up in january this year. some of my accidents involved knee reconstruction, 3 broken vertebrea, left ankle ribs, and other crap that still hurts

heres what made me sell the 7 bikes i had at the time of my last fall. Was on a farm and fell off a chinese dirt bike that i was trying to kill.
my wife found me on the ground as she was a few seconds behind on another bike.....just as I was falling unconcious she said "dont you die on me" just as me eyes glazed.

I still love bikes.......I just wont ride them any more, those of you who do I wish you well please be careful.
