Ahhh yes.....
I can see good points and bad points to this anti hoon law... I get really pissed seeing tyre marks all over the road, especially in my street. Its not the way to enjoy a modified car. There are plenty of places you can do kind of stuff descreetly, if you absolutely have to, not necessarily legally, but out of the way of residents and kids.....
The biggest issue I see is the increase of High Speed Chases this may cause... To perfectly honest, I dont race at the lights all that much, but if im faced with prospect of having my pride and joy impounded, it would be a hard choice whether to take it on the chin or make a run for it.... I would like to think my better judgement would tell me to stop, but you cant speak for the loonitics out there...
Anyways, this law will certainly sort out who saves all there reckless driving for legal events and who doesnt........
