Hsg td05 turbo is a hybrid turbo?

4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

I think that there are only a few variations of 16g turbos of this style:

Cold side:
"Small" 16G
"Big" 16G
EVO3 16G

Hot side: All same turbine wheels (part of shaft), but different housings: 6cm^2, 7cm^2 and 8cm^2.

What does HSG come with?

Are you sure the first number is 69178? My evo 3 big 16g starts with 49178. If yours is actually 49178-1300, then it's a std rvr hypergear turbo.

There is a tread on this, use the search box up the top of the page and it will pull up some threads on this subject.

I have absolutely no life at all Jack, the only way my night could have been quieter is if I had had an aneurism and died.

Well TBH, every time I get on the turps I quite often end up getting kicked out, offend and lose friends while simultaneously making some new weird ones, or get arrested. Or any combination of the afore

mentioned. Best I stay at home :p

Anyone else having trouble with multi quote? Meh, whatever

Anyhoo, @galant4g63t: The suffix number is that of a standard rvr hypergear 16g, the prefix number I can't find anywhere which is as disappointing as a blind monkey in a packed zoo with a handful of crap.

Leave it with me and I'll get on to it like a......, actually, I think I peaked at blind monkey.

@Jack: Whoa! I take it that curry flavoured dog food is now off the shopping list? Livin' the dream mate. :p

If you already own the turbo, bolt her on and enjoy it.

If you are looking to find one, don't waste your time as only a Honda owner would notice the hybrid difference.

Vtec-yo!
