Help Support 4GTuner:

Ezy outs (thread extractors) are good if the bolt isnt seized in, they snap easy but worth having a couple sets along with a heli coil kit and auto punch,

A little engine porn

Dummy fitted the down pipe. The oil fittings just clear it which isn't great, but hopefully it won't cause a problem.

Then fitted the flywheel and clutch, which is guaranteed to add 20hp because it's red.

Then I slid the tranny back onto the engine and somehow managed to get it lined up first go. They went together like butter. :) So the engine and box are now ready to go in when I get the car back in a week or two.

Edit: Forgot to mention I popped a competition clutch fork in there while I had the chance, so all of the hydraulic pressure goes to releasing the pressure plate rather than flexing the 25 year old original fork.

The dump is ceramic coated, but I'm not really happy with how close it sits. To get the oil fitting off you have to remove the dump. :/

I am right in thinking I have to get my own lines for the Hayden kit?
