I love my HSG, but I think it's time for a newer car.

Travelling to QLD next weekend to inspect and test drive this:

Has anyone seen this out and about in Brisbane or Gold Coast?

Any con's with the IX? I already know all the pros :)

do yourself a favour and get a 9, even though that has a few mods its on the highside pricewise.

you wont look back if you get one though, they are good enough for most out of the box.

200+kw with just a tune and exhaust...more even, DO EETTTTT

yes I realise its a 9, I should have said "go for it, you wont regret it!"

if he doesnt take it move on and keep looking, for that budget you will find something good for sure

There is one on carsales that looks nice, $32k, blue (the colour I want) but after a quick RTA check, it's a repairable write off. Wont be touching that one!

i have done the evo 8 thing and it was great to drive...but....after the initial thrill went i found the the early cars hold more appeal to me from a drivers car point of view. I liked the raw feel of the gsr/early evo.

I do admit that the brakes were great and the handling awesome...but for me they lack charisma.

If you want it as a daily drive it will be fantastic.....if your desire is a blat toy for point and squirt. try an early evo ...maybe a 3 since it will still feel different to the rvr. but will feel familiar in some ways

I had the chance to test drive the red EVO today. Nice car. My offer is being considered.

Then I had the chance to stop at a Ralliart dealership in Brisbane today. Took the new X with the TMR Bathurst kit on it. What a weapon that car is!

$720 a fortnight payment is a little too much for me at the moment! They offered it to me for $69000. List price was $76000 but it had 300km on it from the dealer principle of the place.
