ii start the car, idles up to 1500, after it warms up it drops to 400 less sometimes and then will just stall once it falls below 300 pretty much, unless i keep my foot touching the gas, driving its fine and the idle doesnt bounce around until i come to stop

its been doing it lately so ive replaced the fuel filter this week changed the leads, plugs etc

so ive been reading up on it and might be the ICS?? but i dont know how to check it or where it actually is, any help would be great

the sohc is different when i comes to ics. in the meantime i'd adjust the butterfly closed screw to crack the throttle just alittle to increase the idle

is there a way to increase the idle for when the car is warm? this may sound noobish but oh well ....i increased the idle and it only changed it on cold start up when the car is at normal driving temp the idle screw doesnt even come close to touching the part to increase the idle (dont know what its called so bear with me) so is there a way to increase idle for when the car is at normal running temp. obviously im not great at this so in depth detail advice will be needed ha as in calling it its real name may not help as i dont know what it may be called

thanks

[sup]i thought thats what was meant, i did some more research on here and through out other sites by googling, tell me if this is wrong but to increase the idle while warm[/sup]
[sup]have the car at running temp, unplug the ics (cable) near the fire wall and then adjust the rpm using the screw to increase it? plug the cable back on and turn car off is this right??[/sup]

[sup]and i dont know how to check if its got vacuum leaks, i work with tyres, and all my other cars where worked on by my brother who was a mechanic at mitsi so pretty im useless when it comes to trouble shooting with engines[/sup]
