Well, your post was an hour and twenty minutes ago, so you are either still out enjoying it, or its broken down on the side of the road somewhere :D

was out enjoying it, doing a few funny things, like knocking alot (chip setup for 510cc and 1g afm) so that will be sorted when my new chip arrives, and it is stalling randomly, like when i put the clutch in at the lights it drops down to about 500rpm and then stalls
 
there is like a whurring feel, more of a feel than a noise, and a possible transfer case drip (only very minor) but appart from that and the knocking and stalling its great...oh and the shit all over the dash that keeps attacking me
 
how could the cas be 180 degrees out?, i took it off at TDC and put it back on at TDC, and i didn't touch it appart from that
 
put cylinder 1 on tdc, pull out the cas and you will see some markings on them... the tab will have a punch mark on it, and the outer base on the cas will have a mark on it, make sure they line up and that will confirm that the cas is on right..

i've never experiences a cas that was out 180 degrees on a stock ecu, only on a wolf.. it seemed to work okay but thats only because the wolf doesn't run sequential, whereas the stock ecu supposably runs seq inj and waste spark...

worth a shot mate, see how you go..
