At the moment I have a turbocharged factory 4G93P in my Satria GTi and have been running a VR4 j-Spec intercooler mostly because it was more than enough for the little 93 and also because it fit the front bar nice and neatly and looked almost factory.
I'm now upgrading to a Evo 0 RS 4G63T engine but would like to still run the J-Spec cooler and potentially upgrade the outlets and plumbing to a larger size. I could go larger with the intercooler however there isn't much point as the air dam is only so big to fit the cooler and I want to steer clear of chinese copy Hybrid coolers that will need the front bar chopped up even more.
At the moment the cooler is easily keeping up with the 10psi i'm running through it and the cold side is always ice cold no matter how hard I've been driving the car.
How much power could I potentially pump through this cooler with the 63T before it's running at the end of it's efficiency range?
