JDM performance -shop problems.

Hi, About six months ago I bought at the store via Ebay parts to the engine. I paid using PayPal and so far nothing. No shipping , no response for e-mail's. I tried to call sale departament but again nothing. Does anyone know this company? It's not much money, but i don't like to give money for free. Ebay and PayPal can't help: they have 3 weeks for such cases.

I'm from Poland (Europe), package ships here 2-3 months and it's normal. Now its too late for ebay and paypal help.
If someone knew this company can you tell me what to do? In cases like this in Poland I can inform Police but what can i do in Australia when I'm living in second half of world.

In response to a question why I react now.... As I wrote once I had an accident and complications . Now the hand begins to return to normal after the operation . I did not have head to deal with dishonest vendor : (

I'm Out of idea's, maybe You can prompt something.

They Appear to be in Queensland, Australia. Queensland has been having a hard time with Floods at the moment so this may put a hold on your shipping. But for them not to reply isnt the most professional. I have sent them an Email and the link to this post. See if they will contact you

HELLO and thank you for the site member who informed us of this post....
we have tried to send the package to you on two ocasions in which both times it was returned as you will notice we closed our ebay account due to the fact that there is a seller on ebay claiming to be JDM PERFORMANCE selling low quality rubbish its actually JUST JAP PERFORMANCE so for this reason we closed our ebay account as ebay would not do anything to stop somone selling under our name.

you have contacted us once only by email which we responded and said could you please reconfirm your address as your package had been returned twice.

so now that we are in contact we have no problem either trying to resend your package or giving you a refund please let us know what way you would like to go and we will do it...

That sux that someone else is selling crap stuff unde ur company name. Where r they from.

I read that on Nissan Silvia that someone else was selling low quality items on Ebay.. unreal, using a assured sellers name to sell junk.

But also good service on getting back to the customer Woudnt hesitate buying items from them

One week ago I send mail to JDMpreformance and nothing. Still I am waiting for the response, at the moment it isn't looking good but I will wait, perhaps somebody will contact me.
So far the forum caused that at least JDM became interested in my matter , maybe again it will work and they decide to answer my mail .
