13.8 for stock jdm s15..?

coz my mate is buying one soon and said he will beat me coz its pulling about 180-190rwkw..

so i did abit of research and are they that quick stock..??

I've got a good mate lookin at a new car since he went for a ride in mine. Its between an Evo VI and a JDM 15. So far the Evo is winning.

14psi + full exhuast this thing just throws you in the back off your seat.

It feels like its doing it with ease. Never sat in a turbo car with so little done, that gives me the feeling this dose.

I remember taking a look at a few of these on carsales/carpoint... some of them being sold with mid/high 12 time slips and the list of mods was nothing to write home about (cheapo FMIC, injectors, power fc and it all gets trivial after that)
