Got my car back from AFAS today, would like to say a big up to Daz and the boys for doing an swesome job on my car, at an unbelievable price.

Result was 200 odd KW atw, on 20psi, up from 182.2kw on 22psi.

20kw gain, not bad. Would like to see what its got with some higher octane petrol.

Going to calder tonight, will be good to see what she does.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Oh yeah and another thing, all shifting issues have been sorted- its all slaps baby!!! :D

Revs like an evo now, the alloy fly wheel helps alot!

Bring on the 12's!!!

Congrat's Dre on a good run @ Calder with a car the weight of the titanic and with standard internals !!!!!!! Plus just remember this is only our starting point with the car and expect huge things to come  Also next time we will chain that puppy down tighter on the Dyno and maybe some slicks as we kept getting all fours baggin up he he he he he
So what was the fastest OZ & NZ time ???? I think we may have to break those !!!!!!!! Ha ha ha ha ha !!! I think I see a plan forming :D

Also good work to Johnny for also putting in a good effort on saturday night

Hahaha!!

I definately know there's more in her, some good 60ft's, weight reduction RS style, higher octance fuel and a race map, I dont see why she shouldnt be in the 11's!

Thanks again for all your work Daz- and the AFAS crew- top effort mate!

hey dre what sorted your shifting issues? mine is still stuffed :(

Clutch. Shifts like a dream now, Exedy 3puk ceramic, sprung centre, fidanza flywheel. Got a NERVIS shortshifter in it too, lightning fast changes!!!

i don't know whats up with mine - wackness.

my mechanic reckons it shifts fine, but it's always junk for me.. unless it was awesome when i first got it or something :S

the clutch itself is fine.. engages sweet and everything.. just crunches between gears

I got Mikey A.K.A NERVIS to do it up in sydney. I sent him up a stock ASPEC shifer (which is identical to facelift JSPEC VR4 shifters btw) and got him to re-engineer it. Works a treat.

did the cams effect bottom end much ? im makin 180awkw on 18psi with a evoIII 16g, u reckon its worth throwin the same cams into mine ?

iv got all associated mods to make 180, its a conservative figure not a rigoli 180kw ;)

I guess it has a little bit, quite marginal really, but also because it now has an alloy flywheel, you have to drop it down a gear to get up hills easier.

Who cares about bottom end in a 4WD car anyway!!!
