OK... So I seem to be leaking coolant from somewhere under the inlet manifold. Are there any coolant pipes under there that could have split? I can't really see much.

I'm hoping there are some pipes back there that could have busted, and it isn't the head gasket.

There's 4 welsh plugs under the inlet manifold, one of them could of given way. There the only thing under the manifold if not the hoses

There a bit of a pain in the ass to get, if you cant get them from underneath you will have to remove the manifold. Jack it up and have a look from underneath to see how accesable it is, I haven't done them myself so not sure

I just measured it to be 36.5mm, I'm not sure what that accounts to. If you go to preston motors and tell them your engine they will know, or someone here might have better info

Replace them all while you are there.
You could araldite a 20c coin in the plug if it is corroded. That will fix it for a while till you get the new plugs ordered in.

I pump air into the overflow pipe with a old style bike pump. Just pump till the hose is hard like when engine is hot. Dont overpump it...
this will let you see the leak. If its coming out the side of the plug, you may get away with removing plug, reflaring it a bit and resealing it.
There is also the fiav on the bottom of throttle body that may be leaking from the pipes.
