Lawrence doesn't particularly CONDONE street racing, lawrence realises that people participate in it regardless of whether or not it's "intelligent" or a good thing to do.

Lawrence has also been guilty on far more than one occasion of participating in some seriously high speed races so Lawrence provides a place for people to talk about the dumb shit they've done rather than everyone having to go out an experience it for themselves.

I have tickets for pretty much every driving offense you can think of and some you probably haven't heard of.
