Almost bloke!, was showing a SS VE my tail pipes after going through a roundabout these poor folks with gears and manual clutches. Anyhow was hitting max rpm when oops slipped it into 2nd gear. True testament to your build quality rockabilly. No gearbox problem all. It handled the 8-9k rpm no problems but there is something else that went not sure will post soon in another thread.

Gooch (Bob) I hope your motor is doing ok after reving to 8-9k. You certainly are pushing the box ;-)
I had a feeling that you weren't going to just push it a bit when we talked about what you wanted.
There is only 2 black VR4 autos that can handle it & we own them. Oh & your Wife of course ;-)
I've killed my passenger engine mount & need to replace it. But it can wait untill i'm ready to fix it.
