I see someone on the forum is selling new MR EVO 8 BOV. Is this going to give me any benefit over my EVOIII (genuine) Tomei BOV?

I'm guessing not, but I thought I would check.

Mr evo 8 is good enough to about 20psi. Evo 3 is weaker. Take it.
