After nearly 12 straight months of thoroughly checking every square mm of my engine bay and making sure everything is in prime condition, slaving, stressing, racking my brain, my car is fixed! Errol @ EFI Dynamics is a smart bloke.
He stopped a few air leaks in the IC plumbing, the turbo o-ring was shot so he stuck a bigger one in, did a scam over all peripheral sensors, wiring, loom, ECU and it all came up negative so he basically just stuffed around with the AFM, altered the flow so less air actually runs through the air tube and he said he has got the mixtures pretty much spot on, he left it a little rich up the top the keep it safe.
So technically he could not find the underlying problem, he suggested that maybe the cooler is too small or doesnt flow properly but I told him heaps of people use RX7 coolers on their Cordias no probs. So he improvised.
After, he ran it at 11psi and it now make 107wkw!!!
I am so stoked, I cant wait to drive my baby again
And get it on the drag strip ofcourse.
