need starter motor

i have had a bad run with the casting on some new starter motors which has left me $500 out of pocket. so does anyone have a working starter motor up for grabs or even a dead one with the casting that bolts up to the gearbox in good condition. will pay up to $100 for a good working one or $20 for a dead one with good casting.

If its for a gsr 1.8 turbo i had the same problem. buy a new one for 140 dollars and use your old nose cone and it will bolt up

unfortunitly i threw out my original when i bought my new startermotors. hence my delema.

Sigh...ok in the garage on the bench there should be a second hand gsr one that I ONLY just got as a spare
Use it and you owe me.......(like that $25 from pool that night at the start of the pool season )

Maybe you can by me a Quality carton of booze for it (and ill still be down a starter)
