Heres what ill be heading to the dyno with.

-Ported Small 16G on Evo mani
-K&N pod on steel inlet pipe.
-60mm evo zero piping..some custom piping and throttle body elbow.
-Evo zero cooler
-2.5 In dump with seperate wastegate merge in @ 300mm into full 3 inch all the way back..no cat.
-Walbro GSS342-255L/p hr.
-510 cc Injectors.
-Sard reg
-Apexi SAFC2

still have standard dual board ecu.

Boost set at 15-16 pound

I want to net 160-170Kw @ all 4...i dont want much more.

Acheivable goal.?
 
hmmm 214-228 hp at all 4... should be damn close but I think you might need another couple of psi to be sure so wind her up to 17 :)
 
I have similar but slightly less efficient mods and got 140kw at 4000 prm at all four wheels (clutch slippage prevent the power from rising any further) so I think your target is pretty realistic.

wat you mean by less efficient?

piping and cooler etc?

I have the std air can with a K & N filter, std intake piping, std J spec cooler, piping and throttle body elbow and evo 3 dump pipe. Not as free flowing as your setup.

and it runs fine

He has an SAFC to compensate

Yes..
Which ive adjusted accordingly
