What a waste of a magazine Hot 4's is these days. Has anyone else wasted $10 on the current issue with the so called 'new' and 'improved' look? [pffft]
Out of 147 pages it only had 5 feature cars in it!!! Out of the feature stories I couldnt bring myself to read half of the bullshit in them... the way its written and structured is farkd... and I seem to be getting the impression its gone all 'cake boy' and 'wannabe gangsta' Americanised bullshit. No disrespect to our US members intended of course, its the Aussie boys being 'try hards' and trying to capitalise on the 'gangsta' cliche and its just not working lol
Years ago you could pick up the magazine with less than half the thickness it is now but get double the feature cars, a good read, and some good moneys worth. But these days, expecially the latest June edition, its just not about the cars anymore therefore IMO doesnt deserve the name anymore. I'm never buying another Hot 4's magazine ever again.
Oh, and the new Hot4's website just lost its ".com.au" status and has since dropped the ".au" off it. See here: http://hot4s.com/
Oh hell no!, even Vanilla Ice, the biggest 'Cake Boy' of them gets a photo on the new website!! It says "This is what happens when you sell out!"... well Hot4's, you should put your own picture in there instead
