Hi to all, thanks John and Lawrence for the invite. Just to let you al know I own a 1994 E2 that i think is clean, and found out on the way home bites as loud as it barks. As youll see on the Diamond Evloution forum im a pretty talkatitve person. Ill help out with anyones posts, hoping to get help with my posts. Anyway whats the deal, how often are cruises organised,as thats what I look forward to the most?

Cruises are being organised montly and also we are going to have fortnightly "mini meets" for like food and socialising then maybe a cruise.,.

I'm already trying to figure out a path for a road-based cruise. Like the previous cvr4 arthur's seat cruise etc.

It won't be till mid-late may however. Hopefully everyone will have ironed out major bugs by then.

Im situated in the Northern suburbs, Im a spray painter by trade. As for the cruises its cool to make suggestions isnt it?

Also I noticed CB radios in some cars today. Whats the dea? Whats recommended or can someone rganise me one at a resonable price?

they aren't cb's. They are handheld UHF's.

You people are mad.

CB's run on AM.

UHF use FM.

Handheld UHF (uniden 5watt) go for around 50 bucks at cash converters. I'm personally putting a full UHF in my car with a disguised aerial... japanese vip style 10cm aerial on front corner of the front bumper You get -way- better range/reception from a car-mounted over a handheld. You just can't walk with it. Best case scenario, buy both

Handheld CBs (hahahaha) are they only way to go. But I always forget mine.....damn it...

welcome aboard anthony if you need cb's i bought 2 for the cruise (cos i left mine @ home) from kmart... $69 for the uniden 3km range ones... good price and best thing of all the take 3xAAA batteries, so no need to worry about bateries dying.. if they die... goto your petrol station and buy sum more

anthony, ur a spray painter by trade eh'? i might need 2 get in touch with you regaurding my vr4.... hopefully on the road soon....

by the way, i'm da guy dat came in da silver wrx.... probably ddn't notice me... way too many import magna's around... ;-)
