[rvr convert]

hey all,just got me a 1993 rvr sportgear 2L manual i am uk based,and i love this car !! however sorry to jump in with the problems on first post ,but....at around 20 mph slowing or accelerating i get a quite loud droning noise ,it goes after around 30 mph or when i drop below 20 mph...any clues? also ....i have a broken sliding door mechanism....anyone know the steps to take the door off to get to it and where to get a new mechanism from in the uk ? cheers guys!
