No tail lights, dash light or low beam

I have checked fuses and bulbs...
Where else should I investigate??

Check fuses again.

Also check (assuming that you have an aftermarket head unit) that at the back of it, or the power supply has a fuse.

Have you plugged the fuse block in properly? There's a couple of harnesses in the driver footwell that can plug into it in a couple of spots.

Correction - it's parking lights not low beam.
I found the left rear tail light fuse blown, replaced it, but when I turn on the lights, it blows the fuse.

That means you have a short somewhere along the wire.
Have a look, hopefully you can find it.

have you installed anything recently, even something like a car sterio. all it takes is a loose wire and nine times out of ten its something thats been moved

My old vr4 was blowing the parker fuse, turned out that the mechanism for the hinge in the boot had pinched the wire and was shorting it out.
