does it matter which outlet on a intercooler goes where like one for in or out like for placement or is there a specific outlet that it goes to

Is this an aftermarket intercooler or the stock RVR cooler?

no it doesn't matter. but the standard pipes and hoses only go on one way so its pretty hard to get it wrong
